I do like the game, but it’s becoming an endless money grab . Every new update you need to spend if your castles under a P5 forget it you’re not getting nothing you don’t get to do shadow island you don’t get to do sea anymore that’s not fair. I’ve been playing this for six years past couple of years. It’s gotten worse and worse about the spending. They have changed some of the research to where it was completely open now has restrictions on it. being an older player I know what it used to be and now the castle that I was bringing up slowly I can’t do the research I used to. It’s not fair I I’ll give them one thing. And it would be a negative star if I could. They added more stuff that you gotta spend on. I don’t think it’s a pit. I think it’s a canyon.🤣

Cannot find any instructions on how to turn the music off. Lost patiences since there is no website for support, or any meaningful help within the game.

Only play this game if you are willing to spend Thousands of $ to be strong enough to compete. You dont get free things you need to pay for them, if you get a free item it is so out of date that it is no use. Again o say dont play the game.

Someone stole my account which I had linked to multiple binder accounts. I don’t find this acceptable. Be weary of this game. There are a bunch of hackers. If you spend money, be prepared to lose your account.

I am having a hard time with this said I owed 30.00 so I put a 50.00 Apple Card in and still my apps are frozen have used Apple 6-8 years and never had a problem!! Do I need to change phones (android??? I can’t lose my apps I have betting apps and games I have a lot invested and you’re not helping !!

I’ve been playing this game for awhile now and it’s fun I got to meet new people from around the world but I wish the resources wasn’t such a hassle to lvl up you’re castle buildings and troops and the most annoying thing is there isn’t much castle skins I hate trying to get new skins and end up getting something else please developers stop doing the mystery gift for the castle and make it so the rest doesn’t have to spend so much money trying to get a “mystery castle skin” at make it so we can pay the 0.99 so we can have cool skins and please make it so where we don’t have to do so much to lvl up our castle,buildings and troops

Too many errors

Game developers has went crazy you can’t grow without spending lots of money,every month they add something new. You literally have to do research on your research then buy things just to open some research books the game has officially lost a 11 year player by simply making it unaffordable to keep up. You don’t have time to learn or upgrade the new things before they introduce 3 other new things, your equipment you literally have to upgrade it 4 times with a variety of stones that they keep adding to just to max out. I’ve never seen a game be so greedy they are running off loyal players that have played for years from all the things they continue to add. You can not play an grow without spending money an lots of it. So save your time an money an look at another game because this one will leave you broke an still not have a good castle

Only adding stuff to take more money is crazy I’m done spending thousands. So many influencers and good players are leaving the game because of the greed and never ending cycle of spending required to try and survive against un balanced match making and poor game additions. if we all stop spending It will stop the greed and new tactics to take are money. Kvk isn’t even playable you have 12k and 500 damage against 8-9k 350 damage players both kvk shadow island smh. Allow us to send are decorations even if used to are other castles or stuff we buy should be transferred im buying stuff my other castle has sitting in chest. It would allow us to trade decor for equipment with teammates or something instead of making stuff that works like the way u update a gem smh. I use to love it but you will never survive in battle even if you spend thousands of dollars. I have spent so much money I can’t even quit playing or I’ll feel like I have burned my money

played this game on android years ago as a kid im now 23 years old and just unlocked so many memories of me playing this game again.

was good. now not so much.

I just redownloaded this game to play after a while. After launching the game I get pulled into this dialogue and get asked to "open a seal" except the seal part never pops up. So I'm stuck and can't actually play the game

Don’t waste your time! They have the absolute worst customer service. Even when they are wrong instead of fixing the problem or resolving the issue they blame you for the problem. 99% of the time they can even understand what your problem actually is and give some stupid excuse as to why it can’t be fixed or resolved. You can even video the issue occurring and the will thank you for the video and tell you the problem isn’t there. Almost 9 years of playing and honestly it was fun but eventually you get tired of putting your money time and effort into a service that doesn’t care about you or your experience!

There are constant pop ups for me to buy things and there isn’t an option to close it’s on a 3 minute timer. So when I was getting attacked by a level 41, I am level 21, you can’t do anything but sit and wait. Scumy tactics

I can't recharge using US dollars, and the issue has been submitted for a day and it still hasn't been resolved.

I had 10k of every troop up to lv7 and someone attacked me and whipped me out went from having 11milion down to 4millon and I wasted almost 20$ on this game ya never again

You do not have fairness in the system and rules of the game .. There are expensive purchases inside it .. Within two weeks it will be at the lowest prices and a new event will come and it will be very expensive again .. Cok no longer has fun and enjoyment ..

I tried this game and it is very easy to get good if you want to you can spend some money and I’m not talking tons of money I spent 99 cents and I got tons of rewards so I recommend this game.

This game very much gives chinese players the advantage over all other players. Don’t waste your time or $$!
