The customer service at e.lex is almost non-existent. It is free-to-play, but most players make in-app purchases, being free to play does not absolve the developer of its responsibility to provide basic services. The most recent version, after being told to reinstall by a message from the developer (to address a different problem that is most likely a game bug), is now permanently zoomed in so far that I can only see 1 or 2 things on my large iPad Retina display..this latest bug is just one in a long line of bugs the developer will not address. Furthermore, their advice regarding switching platforms or devices involves having multiple Facebook accounts..this is not possible and in violation of face books terms of service. Accepting in-app purchases and not responding to refund requests is likely a violation of APPLE and Google terms of service.
